The GRinch

In-person event, Amazon Branded Boxes and 360 campaign
Creative Director

Universal approached our team to promote their upcoming film The Grinch based on the success of our campaign to promote Jurassic World. My team ideated pitched and sold a 360 campaign anchored by branded Amazon boxes and an in-person stunt at 30 Rock.

From White Walls Fabrication, our vendor
In support of Amazon and Universal Pictures / Illumination Entertainment's cross-promotional partnership celebrating the theatrical release of The Grinch, we created a 30’ tall tree comprised of "stolen Whoville presents." Features of the tree included a rotating design that our team engineered, and advent boxes with functional doors built into it (as guests opened doors they could watch video snippets of the movie). In conjunction with the tree, we also built a “#GrinchForGood” growing heart photo opp, which featured 3 scaled hearts that were vinyl wrapped and installed with LED chasing lights. Our builds were featured in mainstream media news outlets and TV programs including NBC's Today show.
